We currently ship to a wide range of countries globally. However, please note that some regions have restrictions on alcohol deliveries. If we cannot deliver to your location due to these restrictions, you will be notified, and your order will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, order size, and selected delivery method. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
3. Processing Times
During the preorder sale, we are unable to provide an exact timeline for processing and shipment. We can only offer an estimate, but we will keep you informed if the processing time exceeds the estimated period indicated on our website. For orders placed outside of the preorder sale, processing and dispatch typically occur within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
4. Customs and Duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local import regulations for more information.
Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Damaged or defective product upon arrival
Note: Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or taste.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage (if applicable).
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
